A graduate of the Philadelphia Culinary School, Executive
Chef Michael Cirafesi began his career working in kitchens
of fine dining establishments in Philadelphia. Of Italian
descent, Michael first acquired his passion for food and
wine from his grandmother. He later became the Sous Chef
at the famed Monte Carlo Living Room in Philadelphia. In
2002 Michael moved to Hilton Head Island to join family
and fulfill the dream of operating his own restaurant.
An accomplished chef, he has
been honored by the Center of
Technical Studies in
Montgomery County, PA as a
distinguished Alumni and is a
member of both the Chaine des
Rottisseurs and the American
Institute of Wine and Food. He
has been the recipient of
numerous culinary awards and
has been recognized by both
local and national media for his
culinary skills and creativity.
