Michael Cirafesi found his passion for food at a very early age. Born and raised in the Philadelphia area he was the Sous Chef for the Monte Carlo Living Room in Philadelphia before relocating to Hilton Head Island to join family and open the business. Chris Johnson is from Phillipsburg, NJ and attended West Virginia University. He graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary Academy “Le Cordon Bleu” in Pittsburgh and has owned and operated his own restaurant in New Jersey as well as holding the position of Executive Chef in many fine restaurants in Pennsylvania. He joined Michael Anthony’s in 2008 and currently holds the position of Sous Chef.
Chris Miller is another Philadelphia native who has many years of experience working in restaurants in the Philadelphia area. He moved to Hilton Head Island to join the business in 2003 and today serves as our Operations Manager. cjmiller@hargray.com
