Jill Boyd has worked in restaurants for over 15 years. Prior to
opening Michael Anthony’s she was working at Sonoma in
Manayunk, PA. She relocated to Hilton Head Island to join her
family to open the business and serves as our General Manager.

Michael Cirafesi found his passion for food at a very early age.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area he was the Sous Chef
for the Monte Carlo Living Room in Philadelphia before
relocating to Hilton Head Island to join family and open the
business. A graduate of the Philadelphia Culinary School,
Michael is our Executive Chef and the architect of our culinary
program.

Chris Johnson is from Phillipsburg, NJ and attended West
Virginia University.  He graduated from the Pennsylvania
Culinary Academy “Le Cordon Bleu” in Pittsburgh and has
owned and operated his own restaurant in New Jersey as well
as holding the position of Executive Chef in many fine
restaurants in Pennsylvania.  He joined Michael Anthony’s in
2008 and currently holds the position of Sous Chef

Chris Miller is another Philadelphia native who has many years
of experience working in restaurants in the Philadelphia area.
He moved to Hilton Head Island to join the business in 2003
and today serves as our Operations Manager.
