In Italy, a tradiational New Year’s meal is all about symbolizing abundance.  One particularly popular dish that is mandatory on New Year’s is lentils served with cotechino.  Chef Trey will also show you how to make an apple stuffed pork tenderloin that is easy to make and full of flavor.  To ensure a sweet New Year, you will bake biscotti filled with figs, apricots, dates and pistachios.  Join Chef Trey in his kitchen and learn first-hand how to prepare this  Italian New Year’s feast that is not only delicious, but will ensure a prosperous New Year!  After the cooking is done, you will sit down for a family style lunch of your New Year creations.
