"Laissez les bon temps rouler" as we cook up a whole lot of Cajun and Creole specialties in this fun class honoring party time in New Orleans and the wonderful dishes that are celebrated on Fat Tuesday! Chef Trey will show you how to make these favorites that just sing with the flavors of New Orleans and highlight the colorful cooking that this region is known for. And did we mention, Chef Trey spent many years living and working at restaurants in New Orleans? The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
