Cabernet Sauvignon is commonly referred to as the king of red wine grapes.  Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Blends are some of the most prized wines produced in Napa Valley.  The main stylistic difference in Napa Valley Cabernets is between hillside/mountain vineyards and those on the flatter terrain of the valley floors.  Join us for this special dinner where you will have a chance to enjoy and compare some terrific wines from high-end producers, each with a different method for producing a fabulous Cabernet.  You'll be seated at our intimate Chef's Table where our chefs will prepare table side a delectable menu to complement each of the wines.  Your own personal sommelier will guide you through this exquisite dinner.  Seating for this intimate experience is limited so call the restaurant directly to make your reservation!
