Crepes in France (and Crespelles in Italy) are light, thin pancakes that are wrapped around sweet or savory fillings. As you’ll discover in this class, crepes take well to a variety of fillings, are extremely versatile and always a crowd-pleaser! Chef Trey will help you prepare the perfect crepe and you’ll make three preparations, two savory and one sweet, that will be a sure fire hit at your dinner table! After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family-style lunch of your new creations.
