We are thrilled to host this extraordinary Chef’s Table featuring a rare opportunity to enjoy very special and highly-allocated Michele Chiarlo wines rarely featured together in a wine dinner event. Michele Chiarlo’s philosophy is that they only produce “classical Piedmont appellations”. They are specialists in the four grapes that are the greatest Piedmont native varietals: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cortese and Moscato. From the beginning, the Chiarlo family winery has made superior Barberas and the highest quality single-vineyard Barolos that are consistently among the most renowned expressions of these wines.
To complement these amazing wines will be classic dishes of the Piedmont prepared tableside in our farmhouse kitchen. Your server and sommelier for the evening, P. J. Myers, is excited to share “the best crus in Piemonte” with these iconic wines from Michele Chiarlo.
