In Italy, a traditional New Year’s meal is all about symbolizing abundance. One popular dish that is mandatory on New Years is lentils served with cotechino. You’ll also learn to make an apple stuffed pork tenderloin that is easy to make and full of flavor. To ensure a sweet New Year, you will bake a delicious bread pudding made with traditional panettone. Join Chef Trey in his kitchen and learn first-hand how to prepare an Italian New Year’s feast that is not only delicious, but will ensure a prosperous New Year! After the cooking is done, you will sit down for a family style lunch of your New Year creations.
