An Evening in Piemonte | Cooking Demonstration with Wine Pairings | $70 (plus tax & gratuity) We hope you'll join us for a special evening cooking demonstration featuring premium wine pairings. The region of Piemonte is a gastronomic dreamland, attracting gourmet travelers from all over the world who go there to simply eat the delectable cuisine and enjoy some of the world’s finest wines. Chef Trey will be demonstrating how to prepare a classic Piemontese menu, each course paired with one of the Piemonte’s famous wines selected and presented by our Sommelier P. J. Myers. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
