"Laissez les bon temps rouler" as we cook up a whole lot of Cajun and Creole specialties in this fun class honoring party time in New Orleans and the wonderful dishes that are celebrated on Fat Tuesday! Chef Trey will help you prepare these favorites that sing with the flavors of New Orleans and highlight the colorful cooking that this region is known for. Chef Trey spent many years as a chef in New Orleans and is excited to share his favorite dishes with you! After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family style lunch and “let the good times roll!"
