An Evening in Venice at Carnevale | Cooking Demonstration with Wine Pairings | $70 (plus tax & gratuity) Jump in a water taxi or grab a gondola - just don’t miss this fun evening! It’s Carnevale in Venice and time to celebrate with the delectable cuisine of this beautiful floating city. Chef Trey will be demonstrating how to prepare three classic Venetian dishes, each delectable course paired with a wine from the Veneto, including the prized Amarone! The wines will be presented by our Sommelier P. J. Myers. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
