It is the combination of this specific Sangiovese clone, the agreeable climate, the low yield guidelines and the long aging requirements that contribute to a great Brunello. Myers has selected four extraordinary Brunellos for you to enjoy with the four-course menu that Chef Trey Place will prepare tableside in our upstairs demonstration kitchen.
