An Evening in Tuscany | Cooking Demonstration with Wine Pairings | $70 (plus tax & gratuity) We hope you'll join us for a special evening cooking demonstration featuring premium wine pairings. For this “Evening in Tuscany”, Chef Trey will be demonstrating how to prepare a classic Tuscan menu from this beautiful region, each course paired with a “Super Tuscan” wine selected and presented by our Sommelier P. J. Myers. The term “Super Tuscan” refers to highly appreciated and innovative wines in the Tuscan region which do not meet specified growing and/or grape variety regulations and restrictions whether by winemaker’s choice or simply geographically falling out of a legally defined area such as Chianti. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
