Sweet & Savory Crepes Cooking Demo | $55 (plus tax & gratuity) Crepes in France (and Crespelles in Italy) are light, thin pancakes that are wrapped around sweet or savory fillings. As you’ll discover in this class, crepes take well to a variety of fillings, are extremely versatile and always a crowd-pleaser! Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare the perfect crepe and make three preparations, two savory and one sweet, that will be a sure fire hit at your dinner table! Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
