The food world was stunned by the loss of one of the most iconic chefs of our generation, Anthony Bourdain. A chef turned author, world traveler and TV host, Bourdain was one of those rare beings whose humanity and honesty transcended borders — of nations and his field — and made strangers feel connected to him. Chef Trey Place and Sommelier P. J. Myers are just two of the millions who are mourning the loss of a personal inspiration to them both. They wanted to honor the late chef in the only way they know how – through the love of food. Together they have put together a culinary evening that honors Bourdain's life and legacy with some of his favorite dishes that he spoke and wrote about over the years. This intimate dinner will be at our Chef’s Table with Chef Trey preparing your dinner tableside and P. J. Myers presenting the libations.
