Campania is home to Naples, the gorgeous Sorrento Peninsula and the Isle of Capri where fresh seafood is abundant. If you head inland into the provinces of Avellino and Benevento the focus changes from the sea to the earth and the cuisine relies on sun-kissed vegetables, herbs, dried pasta and fresh farmhouse cheeses. Join Chef Trey in his kitchen and learn firsthand how to prepare these classic dishes from Campania that will become favorites at your dinner table! After the cooking is done, you’ll sit down for a family style lunch of your new creations.
