Artisanal Pasta Fresca Hands-On Cooking Class | $95 (plus tax & gratuity) Each region in Italy is very proud of their region’s artisanal pasta which makes them distinct from each other. Puglia is known for orecchiette and Piemonte for their agnolotti. In this fun class, you’ll make your own fresh pasta dough, cut and shape the pasta, make delicious fillings and prepare three sauces. After you have mastered the cooking, you’ll sit down for a delicious lunch of your pasta fresca.
