The Best of Joel Robuchon Hands-On Cooking Class | $95 (plus tax & gratuity) 

The culinary world has lost another legendary chef. Joel Robuchon was named one of the best craftsmen in France in 1976, crowned cook of the century in 1990, and was the holder of the most Michelin stars in the world for years. For this special hands-on class in his memory, you’ll help make recipes from this master chef that are surprisingly easy but oh so elegant (including his world famous “mashed potatoes”). After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family style lunch of your new creations.
