Well this class will take you to new heights with probably the most decadent raviolis you will ever taste. After learning to make your handmade pasta sheets, you will make two amazing fillings, including the famous egg yolk ravioli made famous by San Domenico restaurant in Emilia-Romagna. You’ll fill and cut your raviolis and make sauces to complement each one. These raviolis will be a show stopper at your next dinner party. After the flour is dusted off, you’ll sit down for an unforgettable lunch of your ravioli creations!
