Tour de France Hands-On Cooking Class | $95 (plus tax & gratuity) 

France is a large country and is divided into several regions. Not surprisingly, given the passion the French hold for their food, many foods are of strong regional importance, often influenced by their geographical location. For this fun hands-on class, you’ll prepare these delicious recipes from throughout France. After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a lunch of your new creations…French style!



Tarte Flambee (Bacon and Onion Tart from Alsace)

Bouillabaisse (seafood stew from Provence)

Poulet Basquaise (braised chicken with olives, peppers, potatoes, apples from Basque)
