From the buttery green Italian Castelvetrano to the tart and tangy Greek Kalamata, olives come in a number of varieties from all over the world. Olives boast a vast range of colors, textures and flavors and are as complex as they are plentiful. For this fun and informative cooking demonstration, you’ll taste a variety of olives and discover what makes them unique. Then our chefs will demonstrate how to incorporate the olive into three delicious dishes. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions of each dish, wine and recipes.
