For the Love of Pinot Noir | Valentine's Day Four-Course Chef's Table | Featuring a Three-Vintage Vertical of Elk Cove Vineyards Roosevelt Pinot Noir | $175 (plus tax & gratuity)
Celebrate your love for Pinot Noir at our Chef’s Table! Elk Cove’s Roosevelt vineyard was planted in 1993 and has quickly become their most prized vineyard. Roosevelt undergoes extensive pruning and cluster thinning to limit yields and maximize ripening to concentrate the fruit and is managed using completely organic practices. All of these elements combine to consistently produce one of Oregon’s finest Pinot Noirs. For this intimate Valentine’s evening at our Chef’s Table, you will enjoy the highly acclaimed 2013, 2014 and 2015 Elk Cove Vineyards Roosevelt Pinot Noirs presented by Sommelier P. J. Myers, paired with an elegant menu prepared tableside by Chef Trey Place and Chef Patrick Neary. Seating is limited for this very special evening so please call soon to make your reservation.
