As a former chef in New Orleans, Mardi Gras is Chef Trey’s favorite time of year! "Laissez les bon temps rouler" as we cook up a whole lot of Cajun and Creole specialties in this fun demonstration class honoring party time in New Orleans and the wonderful dishes that are celebrated on Fat Tuesday! Chef Trey and Chef Patrick will show you how to prepare these favorites that sing with the flavors of New Orleans and highlight the colorful cooking of the region. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions of each dish, wine and recipes.
