All About the Olive Hands-On Cooking Class | $95 (plus tax & gratuity) From the buttery green Italian Castelvetrano to the tart and tangy Greek Kalamata, olives come in a number of varieties from all over the world. Olives boast a vast range of colors, textures and flavors and are as complex as they are plentiful. For this fun and informative hands-on class, you’ll taste a variety of olives and discover what makes them unique. Then our chefs will help you prepare three delicious dishes incorporating the olive. After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family style lunch of your new creations.
