As a former chef in New Orleans, Mardi Gras is Chef Trey’s favorite time of year! "Laissez les bon temps rouler" as we cook up a whole lot of Cajun and Creole specialties in this fun class honoring party time in New Orleans and the wonderful dishes that are celebrated on Fat Tuesday! Chef Trey and Chef Patrick will help you prepare these favorites that sing with the flavors of New Orleans and highlight the colorful cooking of the region. After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family style lunch and “let the good times roll!"
