The Wines of St. Supéry | Four-Course Chef's Table | $130 (plus tax & gratuity) We are pleased to present the estate wines of St. Supéry which combines French château tradition with Napa Valley terroir. Robert Skalli, whose family first began producing wine in the 1920’s in France, came to Napa Valley in the early 1970’s to build a winery. His mission was to produce the very best wines in a traditional French Bordeaux style. His winery, St. Supéry, was built in the renowned grape-growing region of Rutherford, in the heart of Napa Valley. Today St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery produces 100% estate grown, certified Napa Green wines and is recognized worldwide for their benchmark wines. For this intimate evening at our Chef’s Table, Chef Trey Place and Chef Patrick Neary will prepare tableside a delectable menu to pair with these fantastic wines from St. Supéry. Sommelier P. J. Myers will be presenting the wines and sharing his love for this famed winery. And we are pleased to have a special guest join you at the table, Jacqueline Campbell, Brand Ambassador for St. Supéry.
