For a majority of our Chef’s Table and Wine Dinners, we feature a particular winery, varietal or region. Our sommelier selects the wines and then our chef creates a menu to complement the wines. For this special Chef’s Table, first Chef Trey Place created a menu that he wanted to prepare and then Sommelier P. J. Myers selected the wines he thought would pair best with each course. Chef Trey and Chef Patrick will prepare tableside this delectable menu and Sommelier P. J. Myers will present these fantastic Italian wines.
