New Orleans: Cajun & Creole Cooking Demonstration Class | $55 (plus tax & gratuity) 

If you are confused about the difference between Cajun and Creole cuisines, you are not alone. After all, many life-long New Orleanians have trouble articulating just what separates one from the other! There are many similarities between the two cuisines, which both evolved under heavy French influence. At their best, both Cajun and Creole cuisines draw from the abundance of Louisiana’s resources and are nurtured by cultures that celebrate the role of good food in family and social life. Join Chef Trey for this fun demonstration where he will share with you his extensive knowledge of New Orleans cuisine from his many years spent working in restaurants in New Orleans and show you how to prepare these delicious recipes. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
