Michele Chiarlo | Four-Course Chef's Table | $145 (plus tax and gratuity) We invite you to join us at our Chef’s Table featuring the fantastic wines of Michele Chiarlo. Michele Chiarlo’s philosophy is that they only produce “classical Piemonte appellations”. They are specialists in the four grapes that are the greatest Piemonte native varietals: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cortese and Moscato. From the beginning, the Chiarlo family winery has made superior Barberas and the highest quality single-vineyard Barolos that are consistently among the most renowned expressions of these wines. For this special evening, Chef Trey Place will prepare a creative menu tableside in our farmhouse kitchen to complement these amazing wines. Your server and sommelier for the evening, P. J.
