Celebrating the White Truffle | Four-Course Chef's Table | $225 (plus tax and gratuity)
The white truffle, a gastronomical object of desire from Italy's Piedmont region, is famous for its aroma and taste and is considered the “Holy Grail” for gourmands worldwide. The white truffle is a hypogeum fungus, living entirely underground, ensconced among the roots of trees; those among the oaks being the most sought after by the truffle hunters and their dogs.
For this intimate evening at our Chef’s Table, Chef Trey Place will prepare tableside a four-course menu featuring the fresh white Alba truffle in each decadent dish. Sommelier P. J. Myers has selected wines from esteemed Piedmont winery Borgogne to pair with each course. We hope you will join us for this truly gourmet evening of delectable cuisine and Piedmont's finest wines!
