The Wines of Masi | Four-Course Wine Dinner | $125 (plus tax and gratuity) If you love Amarone as much as we do, then you’ll want to join us for this special wine dinner featuring the wines of Masi Agricola, including two of their magnificent Amarones. Among the most influential and prestigious wineries in Italy’s Veneto region, Masi Agricola is renowned for expertise in the Appassimento winemaking method. Regarded as the leading Amarone producer, Masi’s internationally-known Campofiorin pioneered the ripasso style, creating a new category in 1964. Masi’s history in Valpolicella began in the 18th Century when the Boscaini family purchased a small valley, “Vaio dei Masi,” north of Verona, and the family has retained ownership of the company to this day and revolutionized the art of wine-making in the Veneto region. Chef Trey Place has designed a menu featuring classic ingredients from the Veneto to complement these iconic wines and Sommelier P. J. Myers will be your guide throughout the dinner. Please call the restaurant directly to make your reservation for this exciting evening of fine wine and delectable cuisine.
