The Italian traditional Christmas Eve dinner, known as the Feast of the Seven Fishes, is a meal without meat with a variety of fish and seafood dishes. Chefs Trey and Patrick will be demonstrating three different seafood preparations to help you create your own celebratory feast this Christmas Eve. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous sample portions of each dish, wine and recipe booklets.
