An Evening in Piemonte | Evening Cooking Demonstration with Wine Pairings | $75 (plus tax & gratuity)
The region of Piemonte is a gastronomic dreamland, attracting gourmet travelers from all over the world who go there to simply eat the delectable cuisine and enjoy some of the world’s finest wines. For this special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey Place and Chef Patrick Neary will be demonstrating how to prepare a classic Piemontese menu, each course paired with one of the Piemonte’s famous wines, including the famed Barolo. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
