For this special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey Place will show you how to prepare recipes from three of Napa Valley’s long-time favorite restaurants. Our Sommelier P. J. Myers, just back from a week-long trip to Napa, has selected wines to pair perfectly with each dish. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
