An Evening in Napa Valley | Evening Cooking Demonstration with Wine Pairings | $75 (plus tax & gratuity) With its green rolling hills, vast fields of grapevines and majestic wineries, Napa Valley is one of the most breathtaking regions in California. Napa Valley is synonymous with world-class wine and also has its own share of magnificent restaurants. For this special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey Place will show you how to prepare recipes from three of Napa Valley’s long-time favorite restaurants. Our Sommelier P. J. Myers, just back from a week-long trip to Napa, has selected wines to pair perfectly with each dish. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
