Celebrate your love for Pinot at our Chef’s Table featuring Pinot Noirs from the esteemed Hirsch Vineyards. Pinot Noir, often called the "queen of red wines," is one of the world's noblest red wine grape varieties and is prized for its rich, complex character and sumptuous texture. Hirsch Vineyards, perched on a ridge overlooking the Pacific Ocean, is the birth ground of great pinot noir on the extreme Sonoma Coast. David Hirsch founded the vineyard in 1980 to grow fruit and make site-specific wine. From the start all efforts have been on the growing of fruit that makes wines profoundly characteristic of the site vintage after vintage.
For this special evening, Chef Trey Place will prepare tableside a delectable four-course menu to pair with these fantastic Pinots from Hirsch, which will be presented and poured by Sommelier P. J. Myers. If you would like to join us for this exquisite evening of food and wine, please call the restaurant at 843.785.6272 to make your reservation as seating is limited.
