Meet Me at Mardi Gras! Cooking Demonstration Class | $55 (plus tax & gratuity) If you’ve met Chef Trey, then you know his favorite class of the year is Mardi Gras! After spending most of his culinary career in New Orleans, it is always fun to share in his enthusiasm for the Cajun and Creole cuisine of the Crescent City. He will be demonstrating three classic New Orleans dishes perfect for your Mardi Gras celebration. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes. As an added bonus, you’ll enjoy a dessert of his special bread pudding with bourbon sauce.
