Our Sommelier P. J. Myers had the special honor of being a guest of Michele Chiarlo for a week this past December. He is excited to share his experiences and acquired knowledge of this esteemed winery and the fantastic wines they produce. Chef Trey has created a Piemontese inspired menu to complement the wines.
