Mardi Gras! Cooking Demonstration Class | $55 (plus tax & gratuity) It’s Chef Trey’s favorite class of the year! After spending most of his culinary career in New Orleans, it is always fun to share in his enthusiasm for the Cajun and Creole cuisine of the Crescent City. He will be demonstrating three classic New Orleans dishes perfect for your Mardi Gras celebration. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
