Mardi Gras! Cooking Demonstration Class | $70 (plus tax & gratuity) It's a Mardi Gras party! "Laissez les bon temps rouler" as we cook up a whole lot of Cajun and Creole specialties in this fun class honoring party time in New Orleans. Chef Trey will show you how to make these favorites that sing with the flavors of New Orleans and highlight the colorful cooking of the region. Chef Trey spent many years as a chef in New Orleans and is excited to share his favorite dishes! The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
