The Mother Sauces Cooking Demonstration Class | $65 (plus tax & gratuity) When you have a good stock, you have a good sauce. When you have a good sauce, you have good food. Chef Trey will show you how to make three of the “Mother” sauces that can be used as they are or as the starting point for plenty of exciting dishes. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
