The Cajun, Creole & All that Jazz Cooking Demonstration Class | $70 (plus tax & gratuity) The New Orleans Jazz Festival is in full swing! If we can’t be there in person, let’s bring the delectable cuisine of New Orleans to Hilton Head. Chef Trey will show you how to make these favorites that sing with the flavors of New Orleans and highlight the colorful cooking that this region is known for. Chef Trey spent many years as a chef in New Orleans and is excited to share his favorite dishes! The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
