and Special Guest Glen Harvey from RNDC Reservations accepted between 5:30pm and 7:30pm We are excited to be hosting an elegant tableside wine dinner at Michael Anthony’s featuring the wines of Tenuta San Guido. Tenuta San Guido is much better known by the name of its most famous wine – Sassicaia. Located in the Tuscan region of Maremma, Sassicaia is widely accepted as one of the world’s greatest Cabernet Sauvignons and has made history, being the first single wine to be granted its own DOC appellation (Bolgheri Sassicaia) applied to its flagship label. Tenuta San Guido also makes the fabulous Guidalberto and Le Difese from declassified Sassicaia fruit and other estate vineyards and we are pleased to be offering all three of these wines, plus their grappa, for your enjoyment.
For this special evening, Chef Trey Place has created a delectable menu to complement these inconic wines that he will be preparing in our demonstration kitchen so you can see your dinner being prepared by Chef Trey and his team. Joining us as our special guest will be Glenn Harvey with RNDC.
Each guest will be seated at a socially distanced table with their party and the wine will be presented and poured tableside by P.J. and Glenn. Reservations will be taken in 15-minute intervals so that everyone can receive personal attention.
