and Special Guest Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez from RNDC Reservations accepted between 5:30pm and 7:00pm Rooted in their Howell Mountain estate, the wines of Robert Craig Winery explore the depth and breadth of Napa Valley’s mountain appellations: Howell Mountain, Spring Mountain, Mount Veeder and Diamond Mountain. The winery’s portfolio highlights exquisite cabernets which are the backbone of Robert Craig winery, along with limited bottlings of zinfandel, merlot and chardonnay. Each rare. Each extraordinary. Chef Trey has created an exquisite menu to complement these iconic wines that he will be preparing in our demonstration kitchen so you can see your dinner being prepared by Chef Trey and his team. Joining us for this special evening will be Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez from RNDC. For our tableside wine dinners, each guest is seated at a socially distanced table with their party and the wine is presented and poured tableside by P.J. and Miriam. Reservations are taken in 15-minute intervals so that everyone can receive personal attention.
