with Chef Trey Place and Sommelier P. J. Myers

and Special Guest Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez from RNDC Reservations accepted between 5:30pm and 7:30pm Both wine professionals and consumers agree that Italy’s wines are among the world’s finest, especially their big, bold reds. They are wines that exude class, diversity and style, and with a wine heritage dating back more than 4,000 years, it is no wonder that Italy is one of the largest wine producers in the world. Italy is most noted for its noble reds and for this special dinner we will be featuring four of those mighty red wines, Barbaresco, Barolo, Brunello di Montalcino and Amarone.

Chef Trey Place has created an exquisite menu to complement these iconic wines that he will be preparing in our demonstration kitchen so you can see your dinner being prepared by Chef Trey and his team. Joining us for this special evening will be Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez from RNDC.

For our tableside wine dinners, each guest is seated at a socially distanced table with their party and the wine is presented and poured tableside by P.J. and Miriam. Reservations are taken in 15-minute intervals so that everyone can receive personal attention.
