Steakhouse at Home Cooking Demonstration Class | $70 (plus tax & gratuity) Open a steakhouse in your own kitchen with these tried-and-tested recipes from famous steakhouses throughout the country. Chef Trey will show you what to look for when choosing meat, how to prep and show you the technique for cooking the perfect steak. He’ll also show you to how prepare sides and sauces to complement the whole “steakhouse” experience. Chef Trey was a chef at the original Ruth’s Chris Steak House in New Orleans and is excited to share some of his experiences with you in this fun class. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
