We are excited to be hosting an elegant tableside wine dinner at Michael Anthony’s featuring the legendary wines of Pahlmeyer!
Hear the story, legend and international intrigue behind Pahlmeyer wines and taste the unforgettable fusion of French vines planted in California soil. When Jayson Pahlmeyer first released the 1986 Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red (anointed 94 points by Robert Parker) it launched Pahlmeyer’s astonishing track record of critical acclaim. By transplanting the finest vines from elite French vineyards, Pahlmeyer has created legendary Chardonnays, Cabernets and Merlots with the greatest intensity, depth of flavor and character.
For this special evening, Chef Trey Place has created a delectable menu which our Sommelier P. J. Myers has paired with wines from Pahlmeyer’s portfolio. Joining us as our special guest representing Pahlmeyer will be Sommelier Charlie Lassor.
Each guest will be seated at a socially distanced table with their party and the wine will be presented and poured tableside by P.J. and Charlie. Reservations will be taken in 15-minute intervals so that everyone can receive personal attention.
