Sweet and Savory Crepes Cooking Demonstration Class | $60 (plus tax & gratuity) Crepes in France (and Crespelles in Italy) are light, thin pancakes that are wrapped around sweet or savory fillings. Crepes are extremely versatile and always a crowd-pleaser! Our chefs will demonstrate how to prepare the perfect crepe and make three preparations, two savory and one sweet, that will be a sure fire hit at your dinner table! Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
