“Pinot Noir is the most romantic of wines, with so voluptuous a perfume, so sweet an edge, and so powerful a punch that, like falling in love, they make the blood run hot and the soul wax embarrassingly poetic.”

Celebrate Valentine’s Day and your passion for Pinot with an evening at our intimate Chef’s Table. Our chefs will prepare your dinner tableside in our upstairs Tuscan-style kitchen, each course paired with an exquisite Pinot Noir.

The lightest and most ethereal of the noble red grapes, as well as one of the most fickle and demanding in the vineyard, Pinot Noir has always been a darling of the wine world. From its spiritual home in Burgundy, France to the variety of New World wine regions that have eagerly adopted the grape with tremendous success, it has a global reputation for producing some of the world’s greatest wines.

Pinot Noir has seen seriously impressive growth within the United States, both in acreage and adoration. With more than 65,000 acres grown across the country, it’s now the third most planted wine grape, behind Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, respectively.

This evening’s dinner will be paired with four home-grown Pinot Noirs that will start you on the path to American Pinot bliss. We hope you will join us for a remarkable evening of food and wine at our Chef’s Table. Seating is limited so please call soon to make your reservation.
