Join us for an evening at our Chef’s Table featuring the PlumpJack Collection of Wineries. PlumpJack Winery sits squarely in the heart of Napa Valley's renowned Oakville region, surrounded by a 42-acre estate vineyard highly regarded for the quality of its Cabernet Sauvignon.
Founded in 1995, both the winery building and the vineyard date back to the 1800s, when winemaking pioneers first took advantage of its unique position on the valley floor. In 2005, a complementary estate vineyard was added; a 54-acre estate, elevated high above the fog line, on the dramatic slopes of Howell Mountain – it would become CADE Estate Winery. Then in 2012 came the addition of the Odette Estate, tucked under the dramatic palisades of the Stags Leap District, right along Silverado Trail.
For this special evening at our intimate Chef’s Table, Chef Trey Place will prepare tableside a four-course dinner to complement the portfolio of these esteemed wineries. Call soon to reserve your spots for a delightful evening of fine wines and fabulous cuisine as seating is limited.
